Swordfish filletsSeafish regularly imports and distributes Swordfish fillets and loins with shipments arriving twice per week. This is a very popular products. Our key sources are Chile (from April to November) and Sri Lanka (from November to April).

Swordfish can be had both fillet and whole in the following sizes:
  • 20 kg fillet (about 7 fillets per case).
  • Whole (H&G).

ricciolaOcean amberjack (Seriola dumerili) is regularly imported and distributed by Seafish Srl twice a week. It is a product that finds a lot of interest from our customers. The countries of origin are Chile for the period from April to November and South Africa for the period from September to June.

The amberjack is available in the following sizes:
  • 2/4 kg in 20 kg cartons (about 7 fish)
  • 4/6 kg in 20 kg boxes (about 4 fish)
  • 6/8 kg in 20 kg boxes (about 3 fish)
  • 8 kg in 35 kg boxes (about 3 fish)

 

  • South Africa

    From South Africa we import whole amberjack in the period between September and June of each year. The goods are recovered from the fishing areas on Monday morning, processed and embarked in Capetown from where they leave by air to Milan Malpensa (MXP).

    Here, on Tuesday morning, the goods are cleared through customs, transported to the platform and delivered to customers on Wednesday night.

    The second weekly arrival follows the same routes but is delivered to customers between Sunday night and Monday morning.

  • Mexico

    fao cileFrom Mexico we import amberjack in the period between June and September of each year. The goods, caught off the coast of Chile, are recovered on Monday morning and shipped from Santiago de Chile by air to Paris.

    Here, on Tuesday morning, the goods are cleared through customs, transported to the platform and delivered to customers on Wednesday night.

    The second weekly arrival follows the same routes but is delivered to customers between Sunday night and Monday morning.

     

  • Chile

    fao cileFrom Chile we import Swordfish fillets and loins between April 15th and November 15th during the local fishing season. The fresh raw materiali is caught in the Chilean waters. Collected upon landing on Monday morning and transported to our dedicated processing facility in Santiago. From here is shipped to Paris (CDG).

    The shipments from Chile arrive on Tuesday and they are immediately cleared and dispatched. From here each individual order is dispatched on Tuesday night and arrives to our customers Wednesday night.

    The second weekly shipment follows the same routes and reaches our customers every Sunday night or early Monday morning .
