The yellowfin loin is Seafish specialty. We import a variety of grades from several origins around the world. Our tuna loins deserve special commitment and dedication to ensure our customers always receive the specific product they need in terms of size, grade and packaging, at the market best possible price.
Our yellowfin loin came from different origins: Philippines, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
Tuna is available in the following sizes:
- 20/29 kg for the fillet (about 7 fillets per case)
- 100 kg for H&G whole tuna (about 2 tons per case)

- Commercial Name: Yellowfin Tuna Loin
- Scientific name: Thunnus albacares
- Our loins average size ranges between 3 and 5 kg. Our loins are vacuum packed with or without cotton cloth.
- Packed on a catch weight base in 25 kg styrofoam boxes
- Delivery: by refrigerated van or trucks. Temperature maintained between 2 and 4 C at all time.

Philippines
From the Philippines we import "Sashimi Extra" fresh yellowfin loin. This is our highest quality yellowfin. Every Monday morning we collect the best fresh raw material from the landing areas. The fish is than processed in our dedicated processing facility in Manila, from here the fresh loins are dispatched by air to Milan Malpensa (MXP).The shipment typically on Tuesday morning and is immediately cleared and tranpsorted to the distribution center. From here the goods are finally dispatched to the customers who receive them Tuesday night or very early Wednesday morning.
The second weekly shipment follows the same routes and is delivered to the customer Sunday night or very early Monday morning.

Sri Lanka
From Sri Lanka we import yellowfin tuna loins of various quality grades. The fresh raw material's collected from the landing areas every Monday morning and is transported to our dedicated processing facility in Colombo. From here is shipped to Malpensa MXP.The shipments from Sri Lanka arrive on Tuesday and they are immediately cleared and dispatched. From here each individual order is delivered to our customers by Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
The second weekly shipment follows the same routes and reaches our customers every Sunday night or early Monday morning.

From the Maldives we import yellowfin tuna loins of various quality grades. From here is shipped to Malpensa MXP.The shipments from Maldives arrive on Tuesday and they are immediately cleared and dispatched. From here each individual order is delivered to our customers by Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
